– NOW OPEN FOR A LIMITED TIME –

“Bringing IFS into coaching is one of the most exciting and needed applications taking place right now. Anna and Brian are master coaches and trainers who deeply embody the model in their work.”

Dick Schwartz, Creator Internal Family Systems & Founder of The Center for Self Leadership

Dear therapists, coaches and practitioners,

Welcome to the official launch of our new online IFS-Inspired Coaching course designed for both seasoned coaches and therapists who are interested in incorporating coaching into their practice.

For more than 20 years, the IFS model has transformed the psychotherapy space, and gifted members of our community are currently bringing IFS into other arenas such as mediation, business consulting, school systems, parenting – and coaching.

Participants in this 6-week course will learn practical and effective ways to integrate the core principles of the Internal Family Systems model into their work with clients.

This dynamic series will provide participants with methods, strategies and tools for immediately application with your clients.

IFS-Inspired Coaching will be a Live training that we are giving in the Fall so will only be open for a limited time.

We invite you to review all the details on this page and to join us for this new course.

See you on the inside,

Dick Schwartz, Creator of Internal Family Systems
Anna Tansi, IFS Program Leader
Brian Jaudon, IFS Program Leader

P.S. It’s important to note that this course does not replace the essential and required training to be certified as IFS Therapy Professional. Our hope is that many who go through this course will go on to become certified and those already certified will experience a significant expansion of their work.

WHAT IS IFS-INSPIRED COACHING?

Many coaching models ignore or even try to annihilate parts of the psyche that are not aligned or on board with clients’ stated goals and aspirations.

This form of shaming leaves clients with unresolved inner conflict and unmotivated for change. The IFS-Inspired Coaching method honors rather than marginalizes clients’ resistant parts, knowing that their inclusion is essential for whole system alignment in support of any change initiatives.

Without this holistic approach, clients tend to find themselves stuck or disempowered and sabotaging any stated goals. This course will feature a comprehensive tool called Mapping Your Internal Influences that coaches can use to identify clients’ hidden drivers of their behavior, communication and decision making.

Using this powerful tool provides multiple coaching trailheads for exploration and renegotiation. Your clients cannot change what they don’t understand or acknowledge. IFS-inspired coaching provides a roadmap for clients to practice self leadership and live from a more integrated self.
